Quadratribu LLP (LLPIN: ACR-2713) was officially registered on 11th September 2025, with its head office at Madhyamgram, West Bengal. Though legally defined as a food manufacturing company, at its heart Quadratribu is much more than that—it is a cultural movement.

Founded by three determined individuals—Jishu Roy, Sourov Paul, and Mrittunjoy Paul—Quadratribu was born not out of wealth or privilege, but out of struggles, resilience, and a deep desire to make India’s culture flourish.

Sourov Paul

Sourov Paul’s life took a sharp turn in childhood when he lost his father. At an age when most children still do not fully understand the meaning of family, he suddenly had to carry responsibilities on his young shoulders.

Belonging to Madhyamgram, Sourov faced bullying and criticism throughout his life. Yet, instead of giving in, he turned every insult into fuel for his determination. He worked across many jobs—Swiggy, Zomato, XpressBees, JioMart, freelancing, and more—learning discipline, adaptability, and the value of hard work.

Although he once dreamt of becoming a cricketer, life pushed him into a different path. Now, as a founder of Quadratribu, Sourov represents the grit, empathy, and never-give-up spirit of the brand. He ensures operations run smoothly and that every customer feels the love behind what we do.

Mrittunjoy Paul

Unlike many, Mrittunjoy did not enjoy studying as a child. Growing up in a nuclear family, he lacked the moral support he needed. People doubted him constantly, often dismissing his abilities and assuming favoritism whenever he achieved something.

Yet, his life transformed when he chose Anthropology at Mrinalini Dutta Mahavidyapith. Inspired by two teachers who shaped his vision, he not only completed his Master’s degree but also became an excellent field worker, exploring tribal communities and connecting deeply with their lives.

Though he once dreamt of joining the Indian Army and even appeared for the NDA exam (missing by only a few marks), fate guided him toward a new mission: to preserve and uplift tribal culture. For Mrittunjoy, Quadratribu is not just a business, it is a way to give voice and recognition to India’s unseen heroes—our tribal communities.

Jishu Roy

Jishu Roy’s story begins in the small village of Purulia, West Bengal. From an early age, his thirst for knowledge was his greatest strength. He left his home, family, and familiar surroundings to pursue education—living in rented houses across towns like Mogra.

Despite completing his Master’s degree and building deep expertise in technology, Jishu often faced skepticism, criticism, and doubts about his abilities. People questioned his knowledge, and whispers of disbelief surrounded him. Yet, he never gave up.

Today, Jishu is not just a technologist but a visionary, ensuring that Quadratribu blends modern technology with traditional culture. His journey of struggle and persistence inspires the foundation of this brand: courage, innovation, and authenticity.

Though each founder has a unique journey, one thread unites them all:

• We all come from lower middle-class families, carrying unfulfilled dreams and heavy responsibilities.
• We all faced doubts, criticism, and hardships, yet chose to rise.
• We all believe that India’s true wealth lies in its culture—urban, rural, and tribal.

While the world borrows our traditions and flourishes, many of our own tribal communities remain unrecognized. Quadratribu is our answer—to create a brand where every culture, every tradition, and every story finds its rightful place.
