• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

• Delivery Timeline: All products will be delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, strikes, or courier delays.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. No additional delivery charges will apply, regardless of order value.

• We offer COD for eligible pin codes within India.
• Please keep the exact cash amount ready at delivery.
• COD orders may require phone/email confirmation before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not received.

We currently ship across India.

For international orders, please contact us at support@quadratribu.in before placing your order. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees must be borne by the recipient.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
